Pleasant Valley Fire District

The Pleasant Valley Fire District covers approximate 82 square miles and 12,500 residents in the Plain City, Ohio area. We are a combination department which employs 17 full-time firefighters, 32 part-time members, and a fiscal officer. We deliver fire protection, prevention and education, as well as Emergency Medical Services (EMS), rescue, and numerous other forms of aid to our residents.

The mission of the District is to save lives and property from the forces of death and destruction. The residents call on the fire district to intervene in dangerous situations because they believe we know what to do and have the capability to do it. They expect us to respond and deal with those situations in a manner that is calm, professional, highly capable and also safe. That is exactly how we approach our mission. We have to be extremely good at performing skillfully and safely in dangerous situations.

The members of the District look forward to serving our residents and we encourage you to contact the fire house with your questions or even just to stop by and visit.
